David just called. He's going tanning for the first time. The last time he brought this up, I started ennumerating everything he needs to make sure to do everything goes well (buy lotion...make sure there's no 'tingle' in it...and no bronzer would probably also be good for him, buy those eye thingies...use them, ect).
This time, we didn't speak for very long. The only thing I remembered to remind him of was the lotion.
"Do I really need that?"
Yes!
"Why?"
Because tanning can really screw your skin up!!
"Doesn't any sun exposure?"
Just get the damn lotion!!! And make sure to use it! Oh man, I really wish I was there to help him. I also really wish he would go to where I used to go tanning in St. Louis. Global Tanning by Old Navy off of Olive Road. That place is the best...and they'd really know how to take care of him and make sure he doesn't burn his pale ass to a crisp!

Instead he's pulling a typical male maneuver and trying to go to a place that's close to where he's dropping off his dry cleaning. Men and their damn silly notions of time-efficiency.
...

well, anyway, he already looks damn good, but I really can't wait to see him with a tan again.
cheers, y'all! i'm goin' back 2 work!
