Well, I can tell you from experience that job hunting is no fun- especially when you are looking for a job that's related to your degree. The easiest route is to teach- but if you're not into that then you can try making a list of the companies or places that you would like to work for. If it's too difficult to get in a position you would like, you might have to work your way up (as a secretary, clerk or an assistant)- of course it's temporary, but it's a great way to make connections within a company so when a position does come, or one gets 'created' for you then you are on your way to success. Always aim to get your foot in the door. Usually you need to have some connections anyways if you are looking for a director- type of position in a company. If your bilingual, that helps too..it wouldn't hurt to learn a language (the basics of it) to make yourself more marketable. I hope my advice helps.. there's not much in Miami- but there are some companies in Tampa that are good to work for. You can try some consulate offices also. Good luck.
